**PRODUCT MANAGER INDUSTRIAL**

La figura, rispondendo al
- Product Group Leader Industrial_, è responsabile dello sviluppo delle vendite del prodotto in tutti i vari segmenti
- focus cross-segment_), assicurando il collegamento tra i fornitori e l'organizzazione di vendita.

La posizione prevede come principali responsabilità:

- individuare e gestire i fornitori
- gestire il lancio di nuovi prodotti e la promozione degli stessi
- definire le strategie di mercato con i fornitori, gli obiettivi di volume (margine materiale e ricavi) ed i volumi minimi degli ordini
- verificare il _benchmarking_ dei costi dei prodotti e ottimizzare i margini
- interagire con la forza vendita, compreso eventuale affiancamento durante le visite commerciali
- monitorare il livello delle scorte (livello / rotazione delle scorte in base alle vendite)
- organizzare la formazione sui prodotti

**Si richiedono**:

- laura in Chimica o indirizzi equivalenti
- esperienza nel ruolo, o in ruoli commerciali, di almeno 5 anni e solide conoscenze tecniche
- conoscenza fluente dell’Inglese parlato e scritto
- conoscenza di un sistema ERP e CRM
- capacità di negoziazione, orientamento al cliente e agli obiettivi, consapevolezza commerciale e finanziaria.

Capacità relazionali e comunicative, attitudine alla collaborazione e al teamworking andranno a completare il profilo.
