**Global Transfer Pricing Lead, Country Tax Manager Italy**:

As part of ABB E-mobility’s strategic growth the business recently moved into a stand-alone legal structure and will be, in a near future, listing the company via an IPO (Initial Public Offering) on a leading stock exchange. The professional will act as a business partner to ensure transfer pricing policy, compliance and performance across ELEM countries and regions aligned legal entity/holding setup. As part of the role, will support Italian Tax related matters with focus in the local entity and operation.

**This position reports to**:
Tax Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Support through tax advisory, tax compliance oversight, review and active contribution to local team, all local Italian tax matters in connection with the Group operations in Italy.
- Transfer Pricing policy holder for the Group, ensuring alignment with OECD and Local requirements for all jurisdictions covered by Group operations;
- Ensure compliance with various international and OECD directives including record keeping, policy, disclosure and documentation;
- Conduct and oversee valuation exercises with external valuers, support technology and IP transfer according to the Group strategy, with special focus in Companies substance;
- Actively participate in IS/IT projects, including assessment, selection and implementation of Transfer Pricing monitoring functionalities;
- Ensure timely compliance to transfer pricing requirements in the different countries and at the Group level, comprising country TP documentation, Benchmarking studies, updates, Group Master File and related reports.
- Contribute and review transfer pricing analyses and documentation requirements across all PGs and countries
- Support group provisions, risk assessment and respective bookings;
- Lead audit activities across the region in close coordination with global colleagues, the CFO function and key business stakeholders;
- Interact with finance and non-finance stakeholders as Tax expert.

**Your background**:

- Master’s degree in Taxation or Accounting preferred. Bachelor's Degree or equivalent required.
- 5+ years of combined tax experience at corporate multi-national company, preferably in industrial environment.
- Experience in managing tax audits and engaging in discussions with tax authorities for tax rulings.
- Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
