**PROJECT ENGINEERING SUPPORT LEAD - OIL & GAS TURBOMACHINERY**

Work location: Prato

**Roles & Responsibilities**:
The selected resource, part of a team supporting Customer Project Engineering related activities within O&G/Turbomachinery domain, will handle the following tasks:

- Monitoring the correct workflow related to realization and emission of technical documentation;
- Quality control over documentation prepared;
- ITO Check List (CL) and Bill of Material (BoM);
- Project Customer Specifications and Material Requisition analysis;
- Comments and Exceptions;
- Minute of Meetings;
- Lesson Learnt from previous project to be applied to specific cases;
- Customer management, resolution of Customer technical issues;
- Team management and optimal distribution of work loads;
- Integration and training of junior resources

**Work Experience
**Required Skills (Technical Competency)**:

- Technical Diploma / BSc / MSc Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronic / Automation Engineering;
- At least 5 years experience in a similar role within O&G Engineering Services domain, with broad knowledge of industry regulations and technical standards;
- Good command of English language (i. e. B1).
