**Job Summary**

The purpose of this job is to support the Manager in implementing online and offline communication activities for the Milano Fashion and Milano Design Schools.

**Key Purpose of the Job**

The Communication - Supervisor supporting the Manager and collaborating closely with the Event and PR Team, will efficiently plan, implement and monitor Istituto Marangoni Milano’s marketing and communication online and offline activities, in order to develop the brand awareness and support the lead generation.

He / She also have to:

- To produce editorial plans and to support in managing Istituto Marangoni’s social media accounts ensuring content is timely, relevant and engaging
- To create and edit content in order to implement an effective communication strategy regarding events
- To collect data, taking care of its measurement and analysis, drawing up quantitative and qualitative reports on the Schools activities
- To coordinate the development of the communication strategy, envisaging the use of various tools, both digital and traditional
- To coordinate the implementation of the main Communication projects, ensuring their standards and quality
- To ensure the communication between the school and the HQ team
- To manage the communities on all social media channels
- To coordinate with the graphic team to produce the best visual content in line with the brand identity
- To create content for the website and newsletters
- To support the Event & PR Team in developing a social media strategy coherent with Istituto Marangoni brand guidelines and sales goals
- To stay ahead of the curve of the latest technologies, market and digital trends

**Requirements**:

- 3/4 years of communication experience
- English proficiency
- Office Suite proficiency
- Good knowledge of Photoshop or similar programs (Figma, Canva)
- Strong media planning and analytics knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive, strongly organized, efficient, and detail-oriented
- Strong interest in fashion/design area
- Passionate about social media, storytelling and content making
