Trice SRL, la società di R1 Group specializzata nella creazione di Strategie Digitali integrate, collabora con le principali aziende del settore pubblico e privato, contribuendo allo sviluppo e al consolidamento del loro business.

Per ampliamento organico, siamo alla ricerca di un/a Project Manager in ruolo analogo da inserire presso la sede di Roma o di Perugia.

**Principali attività**:
+ Definire e organizzare gli obiettivi dei progetti, le tempistiche e il piano di esecuzione.

+ Identificare potenziali rischi nell’implementazione dei progetti e creare un piano d’azione con le parti interessate.

+ Gestire i progetti B2B e B2C per player nazionali e internazionali di diversi settori (fashion, GDO, automotive, ecc.) fino al roll-out.

+ Coordinare stakeholder, partner coinvolti, team interni, clienti.

+ Sviluppo e mantenimento della relazione col cliente per il raggiungimento condiviso degli obiettivi di progetto o per raccogliere nuove esigenze.

+ Monitoraggio delle milestones concordate col cliente e coordinamento di tutte le fasi del progetto.

**La risorsa dovrà possedere i seguenti requisiti e competenze**:
+ Laurea in Ingegneria, Informatica, Economia o formazione gestionale.

+ 2+ anni di esperienza come PM o ruolo analogo.

+ Esperienza nell’utilizzo di strumenti di project management (es. Jira, ClickUp, Trello, ecc.).

+ Conoscenza delle metodologie di project management.

**Costituiscono titolo preferenziale**:
+ Master in Project Management.

+ Esperienza nel mondo della consulenza in ambito e-commerce, digital (ERP o CRM), marketing e/o design.

+ Background tecnico (Competenze di base architetturali, frontend, backend, integrazioni WS e processi).

+ Inglese fluente sia scritto che parlato.

Completano il profilo una spiccata propensione al lavoro in team, attitudine al problem solving, capacità organizzative e la determinazione nel raggiungimento degli obiettivi.
