**About the Company**: for a world-leading packaging company, our Recruitment Engineers are looking for an **IT Manager**

**Core responsibilities**:

- at optimizing and making the company processes and flows well performing.
- Lead and make decision in order to let the infrastructure be autonomous and disconnected from the old property (in terms of hardware, software, management, networks).
- Be responsible for all Company IT infrastructure to guarantee the processes efficiency
- Define, implement and control processes according to the business request
- Define the IT budget in agreement with Finance team support
- Offer support to colleagues in achieving specific area activities and technical activities management
- Manage the suppliers refer to IT department in order to verify technical features and develop service
- Guarantee the transition process from the old property

**Requisiti**:
**Must have**:

- Diploma in Information Technology or similar
- 5 years of experience in the role
- Knowledge of ICT architecture, infrastructure, router, firewall, wi-fi etc
- Good knowledge of the Active Directory software
- Good knowledge of Office and Windows 7 and 10
- Knowledge of Power BI platform and SAP SAC
- Project management skills
- Fluency in English, written and verbal
