For a very important group, world leader in the Insurance sector I am currently looking for an End To End Integration Expert.

**Responsibilities**:

- Define Integration Strategy and Activities Plan: Take ownership of the integration workstream by defining a comprehensive integration strategy and creating a detailed plan of integration activities. This includes identifying key milestones, dependencies, and deliverables necessary for successful integration.
- Coordinate Integration Architecture Design: Work closely with the relevant stakeholders to coordinate the design of the integration architecture. Identify the required interfaces, data flows, protocols, and integration patterns, ensuring adherence to guidelines related to scalability, reliability, and security.
- Coordinate Local vs Central Teams Interaction: Facilitate effective communication and collaboration between local and central teams involved in the integration process. Determine the scope, approach, and responsibilities for end-to-end integration, ensuring alignment and clarity among all parties.
- Oversee Development and Testing: Provide oversight and guidance to the development and testing of integration components. Collaborate with the test management workstream to manage end-to-end integration testing activities, ensuring thorough and successful testing of all integrated systems and processes.
- Troubleshooting and Issue Resolution: Take a lead role in identifying the root cause of any integration issues or failures. Coordinate troubleshooting activities and collaborate with relevant teams to implement corrective actions swiftly and effectively.
- Identify Integration Risks and Develop Contingency Plans: Proactively identify integration risks and develop contingency plans to address them. Ensure timely mitigation and resolution of potential roadblocks or challenges that may arise during the integration process.
- Project Management: Utilize your strong project management background to effectively plan, monitor, and control the integration workstream. Ensure adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards, while keeping stakeholders informed of progress and managing expectations.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an Integration Lead or similar role, preferably in large-scale transformation programs.
- Good knowledge of the main ERP technologies supporting Finance in wide organizations, such as SAP or Oracle
- Strong project management background, with the ability to manage complex projects on an international scale
- Extensive knowledge and experience in integration architecture, including interfaces, data flows, protocols, and integration patterns.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to quickly identify root causes and develop effective solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams and fostering collaboration between central and local teams.
- Familiarity with finance systems and processes is highly desirable.
- English Level: C1 or higher
