**Responsibilities**:

- Schedule activities in an efficient way to have the correct resources based on the client’s needs.
- Ensure that the uniform guidelines and procedures set by the Global FTS Office are followed.
- Be the first line of contact for technical support and questions from the local sales team.
- Check the performance of the TS Representatives and Freelancers on site and if needed take corrective measures to ensure satisfactory results
- Work with the Sales team to manage claims and complaints from ship owners and solve them early in the process.
- Attend field activities to maximize the productivity and flexibility of the team.
- Support smooth invoicing process by monitoring docking schedules and finalization.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma in a Marine field
- 3 - 5 years in the Marine or Protective coating business
- Excellent Italian and English
- Communication skills
