**Fondazione Milano Cortina 2026** is the Organizing Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games of 2026, carrying on the organization, promotion and communication of the sporting and cultural events related to the next Winter Games.

Milano Cortina 2026 will be the first large-scale Olympics in history: 9 Olympic venues, 21 provincial capitals, 2,300 municipalities directly involved, over an area of 22,000 square km.

The Milano Cortina 2026 Organizing Committee has been established in 2019 with the purpose of organizing Olympic and Paralympic Games in compliance with the Host City Contract signed jointly by the International Olympic Committee (IOC), the two cities of Milano and Cortina and the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI).

Furthermore, the Italian Paralympic Committee, the Regions of Lombardy and Veneto, as well as the Autonomous Provinces of Trento and Bolzano/Bozen are all partners in this major national-level project, with the support of the Italian Government.

**Position**:
The Accreditation Operations Manager will:

- Produce the Games-wide Accreditation operations plan and coordinate activities across all Games venues.
- Participate in Venue Operational Planning, produce Zoning Diagrams and Access Control Dot Plans for all competition and non-competition venues.
- Promote integration among other relevant operational OCOG Functional Areas to ensure service levels are adequately planned and delivered.
- Ensure accreditation services are provided within the required service level across all competition and non-competition venues.
- Support the accreditation functional area with central planning, including procurement planning.
- Support the Head of Accreditation as required.
- Define and manage functional needs and venue requirements, including locations and spaces for Accreditation Centres and Offices, technology, and logistics needs, including FF&E and TECH requirements.
- Procurement of Accreditation materials (secure paper, laminates, lanyards, others).
- Participate in and coordinate venue operational planning and integration activities.
- Coordinate readiness, training and integration programmes for staff and volunteers.
- Coordinate the design and production of accreditation cards, materials, and all supplementary access control devices.
- Liaise with all relevant functional areas and Games stakeholders as required.
- Direct and manage the Accreditation Operations Cluster Managers and their teams.
- Produce, validate, and distribute Accreditation Policies and Procedures.
- Define and implement the Day Pass business process.
- Support the accreditation system configuration and testing as required, specifically related to Day Pass, Upgrade Passes and Guest Passes.

**Requirements**:

- In-depth knowledge of the Olympic accreditation process, operations, and services.
- Accreditation experience at a management level in at least one other global multi-sport event.
- Proven project, risk and business management skills, and a working knowledge of project management tools.
- Proven ability to influence decision-makers and successfully facilitate joint decision-making.
- Proven ability to manage a multi-layered project independently and take ownership of operations and procedures.
- Ability to operate in a dynamic working environment, handling multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong ability to build and maintain working relationships with other departments.
- Knowledge of AutoCAD and proficiency in MS Excel.
