**The Role**
The Senior Business Consultant will lead projects in Retirement Business in Italy.
Leadership’s skills are a requirement, expected to be present in the market representing the company and the business. It is critical to have strong business acumen, developing market activities, managing clients and strong collaboration skills to interact with other businesses in the country.
The role also includes people management, either directly or indirectly.
- engage and retain clients, developing new opportunities and ensuring high quality work delivery
- Develops commercial strategies across the business that recognize the potential impact of challenges or opportunities on thebusiness’s success;
- develops and manages business plans, including regular control of sales
- scans the external environment, paying attention to diverse viewpoints regularly to anticipate longer-term trends
- creates brand awareness in local market
- operates with teams with different profiles and responsibilities, also outside of Italy
- manages and participates in projects related with benefits plan design (including auditing and benchmarking), implementation and management of retirement programs, design and implementation of financial wellbeing programs, among other services.
- Will be a focal point for the main clients and for the team.
**The Requirements**
- Knowledge of Pension Funds market and/or insurance market
- Understands investments concepts
- Understands financial resilience and retirement challenges, has some knowledge on Social Security regulation
- Knows how to navigate the regulatory environment, for both insurance and pension funds
- Aptitude to balance and prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment
- Written and spoken English is a strong requirement
