**POSITION INFORMATION**
- The Product Cost Controller will be a key member of the Operations Controlling Team, reporting directly to the Group Operations Control Manager.**ROLE MISSION**
- The position will be mainly responsible for calculating and analyzing standard and actual product costing with respect of Company deadline and will also support the Group Operations Control Manager in ad hoc analysis regarding product profitability and stock.**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Perform monthly activities according to the Financial Closing Calendar
- Analyze Product Cost and all its related components
- Support on ad-hoc analysis regarding product profitability
- Provide insightful interpretations and explanations of the conducted analysis
- Providing Make or Buy Analysis
- Ability to understand the elements of the product cost: material, logistics, labour cost, overheads
- Support in developing training material if any new Corporate guideline need to be provided to internal stakeholders
- Formalize clear rules for the Business Cases product costing estimation
- Collaborate with the other controllers and functions
- Understand the product cost (actual and standard) rules calculation in SAP
- Demonstrate a comprehensive understanding of the interdependency of cost drivers, differences between standard and actual cost
- Elaborate products profitability analysis for “price exceptions”.

**QUALIFICATIONS/REQUIREMENTS**

**Education**: Bachelor/Master Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics and Statistics**Language**: Fluent English, written and verbal**Experience**: 1-3 years of proven controlling expertise in complex multinational environments where the control is deeply involved into the business.**OTHER INFORMATION & SPECIFIC SKILLS**
- Knowledge of the main MS Office tools (excellent Excel and PowerPoint proficiency)
- Knowledge of SAP and Power-BI
- Business acumen
- Detail-orientation, precision and strong analytical skills
- Curious and willing to learn new things
- Ability to work proactively and in a support role
- Highly organized and reliable working method
- Highly driven with an ability to work effectively both under own initiative and in a fast paced and challenging context
- Results oriented
- Team worker, problem solver and initiative taker, with attitude in identifying opportunities and anticipating changes
