Il nostro Cliente è una holding che realizza investimenti nel settore real estate, automotive ed energetico in ottica di provate equity alla ricerca dell'Investment Manager.

**Posizione**:
L'Investment Manager riporterà al CFO che dovrà supportare nelle seguenti attività principali:

- Gestione dei rapporti con le società partecipate in termini finanziari: analisi, schede di aggiornamento, analisi report gestionali, valutazioni;
- Analisi e valutazione di eventuali opportunità di investimento, raccordo operativo con gli analisti dei broker/consulenti finanziari;
- Analisi e valutazione delle opportunità di finanziamento;
- Analisi e reporting costi finanziari del gruppo;
- Analisi e valutazione di possibili investimenti della liquidità esistente;
- Pianificazione finanziaria;
- Preparazione documentazione a supporto del CDA per quanto sopra delineato.
