**L’AZIENDA**: Consolidata Società Metalmeccanica Leader nella costruzione di Sistemi/Impianti industriali a forte contenuto di automazione ed esportati in tutto il mondo. Sede di lavoro: Toscana Sud.
**LA POSIZIONE**: Alle dipendenze del C.d.A., avrà la responsabilità, tramite i diretti responsabili, della gestione della Funzione Operations, costituita dagli Uffici R/D e Tecnico, Acquisti/Logistica e Fabbricazione (Officina Lavorazioni meccaniche, Assemblaggi, Collaudi).
Sarà di sua pertinenza l’aggiornamento degli Assets Tecnologici ed il rispetto delle Normative HSE.
**IL CANDIDATO IDEALE**: È laureato/a in Ingegneria Meccanica, presenta una consolidata e solida esperienza gestionale maturata presso Aziende Industriali caratterizzate da produzioni prevalentemente su commessa e gestite con criteri manageriali.
Sono richieste doti di leadership, equilibrio, gestione e motivazione delle Risorse affidate.
L’esigenza di confrontarsi quotidianamente con interlocutori esteri impone un’ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese.
