**IT INFRASTRUCTURE MAINTENANCE SPECIALIST**
Il profilo ricercato, a riporto diretto dell’IT Manager e all’interno di un team composto da tre colleghi, avrà responsabilità dirette su una moderna infrastruttura IT, con particolare riferimento ad Active Directory locale, Azure Active Directory, Exchange e rete TCP/IP.
Attraverso attività di monitoraggio, analisi e risoluzione delle richieste create dagli utenti sul sistema di ticketing JIRA Service Desk, l’IT Infrastructure Maintenance Specialist avrà il compito di assicurare la raggiungibilità e il corretto funzionamento dei sistemi e servizi IT, diagnosticare le eventuali problematiche e attivare processi di escalation delle segnalazioni al supporto di III° livello.
La risorsa avrà inoltre il compito di gestire gli aspetti comunicativi con gli utenti finali; fornire lo stato di avanzamento della risoluzione delle diverse problematiche, pianificare gli interventi di manutenzione (anche secondo logiche di maintenance preventiva), segnalare il completamento delle attività e l’avvenuto ripristino dei servizi.
Completano il profilo la conoscenza di SAP, consapevolezza di metodologia ITIL, dimestichezza con attività di root cause analysis, capacità di fornire supporto hardware su dispositivi IT come laptop, smartphone, stampanti e sale riunioni.
**Principali Responsabilità**:
- Attività di manutenzione e monitoraggio delle infrastrutture IT e dei diversi applicativi
- Gestione del ciclo di vita dell’hardware a supporto del business (laptop, smartphone e meeting room)
- Analisi e risoluzione delle segnalazioni di problematiche IT
- Gestione della comunicazione con gli utenti finali
- Sviluppo di un efficace collaborazione tra i diversi team IT (System, Network e Application)
- Produzione di documentazione per la struttura Global Infrastructure & Network
**Requisiti & Skills**:
- Buona conoscenza di architetture Microsoft come Active Directory, Azure AD ed Exchange
- Conoscenza di SAP S/4 HANA e Salesforce
- Conoscenza base di concept di sicurezza IT (authentication, firewall, mail-filtering)
- Abilità in attività di investigazione e diagnostica (root cause analysis, reverse engineering)
- Consapevolezza dei principali KPI di Service Management, SLA e incident management
- Approccio proattivo e propositivo
- Ottime abilità di pianificazione delle attività e time-management
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata
- Capacità di entrare in sintonia con gli utenti finali e fornire un supporto paziente ed empatico
