Stiamo cercando una risorsa in stage da inserire nel Team HR Organization & HR IS. Durante lo stage la risorsa sarà coinvolta in progetti di sviluppo organizzativo e miglioramento dei processi e in progetti di innovazione e gestione dei sistemi informatici a supporto della Direzione Risorse Umane di Loro Piana. Lo stage permetterà di imparare a gestire progetti di vario tipo in contesti complessi, a utilizzare differenti metodologie di analisi e design organizzativo, nonché a conoscere approfonditamente software gestionali come SAP e SuccessFactor e software di reportistica come PowerBI.

In particolare, la risorsa svolgerà le seguenti attività:

- Supporto in progetti di sviluppo organizzativo e change management
- Supporto in progetti di innovazione, implementazione e gestione dei sistemi informatici HR
- Analisi dei processi aziendali e supporto in progetti di miglioramento e trasformazione degli stessi
- Supporto nella formazione ai colleghi sull’utilizzo dei sistemi informatici HR e dei sistemi di reporting
- Gestione del reporting organizzativo e attività di data input e data quality sui sistemi informativi HR

**Profile**:

- Laurea Specialistica in Ingegneria Gestionale o Economia
- Conoscenza fluente della lingua Inglese (scritta e parlata)
- Conoscenza del pacchetto MS Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint)
- Attenzione al dettaglio, precisione e capacità di problem solving
- Capacità di analisi e sintesi
- Predisposizione al lavoro di squadra e flessibilità
