**The opportunity**

For our Business Unit **High Voltage**based in **Lodi**we are looking for a **Production Scheduler**who will ensure efficient and timely scheduling of production activities, optimizing resources and aligning production output with customer demand and delivery deadlines.

**How you'll make an impact**
- Develop and maintain short term production schedules based on demand forecasts, material availability, and production capacity.
- Coordinate with procurement, logistics, warehouse, and production teams to ensure material readiness and schedule adherence.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to address delays, shortages, or urgent requests.
- Prioritize production orders in alignment with business needs and customer priorities.
- Utilize ERP/MRP systems to manage and track production planning activities.

**Your background**
- Technical diploma or degree Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role within a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, ) and planning tools (MRP).
- Knowledge of Advanced Planning modules (e.g., SAP APO, PP/DS) is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Proactive and able to work under pressure.
- Team-oriented with strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
- Detail-oriented and highly organized.
- Good command of Italian and English (written and spoken).
