**About this opportunity**:
We are currently looking for an experienced Network Roll-Out Customer Project Manager to join our Project Management Office. As a Project Manager you ensure that project goals are met, customer’s expectations are fulfilled, customer relationship is handled in the best possible way within the scope of the contract by a consistent Automation usage

**What you will do**:

- Drive project execution ensuring cost control, resource efficiency, risk management, health, safety, and sustainability. Handle changes, critical issue ensuring the project is carried out speedily, with high quality.
- Participate to business development by new opportunities and add-on sales and in pre-sales phase
- Handle suppliers, Ericsson supply engagement tailoring the best delivery model
- Handle customer engagement, build strong customer relationship
- Lead Projects in a multi-culture environment and an international environment
- Focus in boosting automation to improve and simplifying processes and reporting working with automation department
- Lead tools implementation tailoring them to Project and Customer needs

**You will bring**:

- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or similar, PMI or Prince2 certification
- At-least of 5 years of project management experience in leading roll-out projects as swap technology, optimization, new sites of high complexity
- Demonstrated understanding of Roll-Out E2E processes
- Experience working with Automation platform(s) like Robotic Process Automations (RPA)
- Agile knowledge, financial skill, and business understanding
- Innovation, digital skills, and proactivity
- Good communication (both in Italian and English written and spoken), leadership and problem-solving skills
- Suppliers management experience
- Result oriented with focus on customer happiness and project delivery
