**Posizione**:
NHOA Energy is currently looking for a highly motivated Legal Trainee interested in jump-starting a career in the Renewable Energy Industry as part of NHOA’s Legal Team.

You will support your Senior colleagues in the following activities:

- Contract and Report Drafting: you will get familiar with, inter alia: EPC, IPP, O&M, Stategic Partnership, supply contracts;
- Risks Mapping: you will learn how to properly map legal risks embedded into a project’s contract;
- Legal Research: you will be asked to perform legal research activities, investigating on different applicable standards and laws;
- Taking part to high level negotiations: you will have the opportunity to assist your Senior colleagues in negotiating with key stakeholders of the renewable energy industry;
- Interfacing with other departments: you will have the opportunity to collaborate with different departments within NHOA;
- Provide support in solving day-to-day legal requests coming from NHOA’s internal departments.

**Requirements**:

- Law Degree
- Excellent knowledge of the English language (oral and written)
- Being fluent in another language will be considered a plus
- A first experience in an international law firm or international company will be preferred
- Interest for the renewable energy sector
- Strong communication skills and team player attitude
- Good interpersonal skills
- Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills
- Curious by nature.
