**SUPPLY CHAIN AND CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER**

**Responsibilities**

As a member of the management team of the Kärcher Italy, the Supply Chain and Customer Service Manager enables sustainable business growth via providing excellence in planning, transporting, warehousing & shipping activities; delivering excellent customer-centricity approach to every customer, both internal and external.

In detail, the Manager:

- Is responsible to integrate end-to-end processes to reach optimized service level and inventories on all levels in value chain, as well as lead logistic distribution.
- Coach, lead and develop Customer Service and Logistic teams.
- Acts the Company logistic strategy.
- Is strategically and operational responsible for demand planning and forecast accuracy.
- Is responsible for coordination, monitoring and optimization of warehouses, distribution and stocks.
- Is responsible for steering performance of external Service Providers including distribution agreement.
- Manages material master data.
- The Manager ads the general support of our customers on defined sales platforms (Kärcher products), web mapping services (Stores) and further locally defined digital channels.
- Develops high performance team handling of complaints.
- Leads conversion-oriented support and consultation on customer questions towards our products.
- Reviews and inquiries on our defined focus platforms.
- Stores and retrieves customer information in appropriate customer database.
- Adapts the “Supply Chain & Customer Care department” to the company's multi-channel reality.
- Leads process standardization and improvements in the “Supply Chain & Customer Service department”, achieving quality company standards and defining/monitoring KPIs.
- Communicates directly with Germany based HQ, external logistic operator, transport companies, branches, as well as others internal department in the company.

**Requisiti**:
**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business Administration or similar. Studies of Logistics or MBA are highly valued.
- Advanced level of English.
- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience managing Supply Chain teams.
- Several years of experience in Customer Service environment.
- Experiences in organization optimization and in change management are desirable.
- Performance KPIs: forecast accuracy; logistic and transport cost; availability; OTIF (On Time In Full); stock days; NPS (Net Promoter Score) or CSAT (Customer Satisfaction).
- Proficient with MS Office.
- SAP knowledge (MM and SD) is preferred.
- Soft skills: strong people focus, process oriented based on customer satisfaction, strategic thinking and acting, top performance and negotiation skills.
