Il nostro cliente è una importante e molto nota multinazionale operante nel settore industriale. Abbiamo ricevuto l’incarico di ricercare il:
**PLANT HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER**:
**Main responsibilities**:
Il Plant Human Resources Manager sarà dedicato alla gestione delle attività HR del sito produttivo di Roma.

Principali attività:

- Sviluppare e implementare politiche HR in linea con gli obiettivi aziendali di gruppo;
- Gestire gli aspetti contrattuali dei dipendenti, inclusi contenziosi disciplinari;
- Supervisionare e guidare i processi di performance management;
- Gestire le relazioni sindacali nel sito;
- Progettare piani di crescita, di successione e sviluppo per i dipendenti;
- Identificare ed implementare strategie di attraction, engagement e retention, promuovendo una cultura positiva e inclusiva allineata ai valori aziendali;
- Gestire il processo di assunzione e di onboarding;
- Gestire il budget e implementare politiche retributive consone ed efficaci.
- Esperienza di almeno 6 anni come HR Business Partner, preferibilmente in un contesto industriale, maturati in aziende strutturate e con una buona cultura HR;
- Conoscenze tecniche su tematiche legate a contrattualistica, diritto del lavoro, comp&ben, talent acquisition, formazione, etc.
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese.
