**What you will do**:

- Support commercial back-office operations from contracting to billing and debt management;
- Contact clients to clarify doubts, negotiate agreements and collect debt;
- Recommend new procedures for increasing the efficiency of day-to-day operations;
- Maintain communication with team members and stakeholders to ensure adherence to protocols across key areas;
- Assist the manager in developing, planning, and coordinating operational activities;
- Ensure that operations follow local and national regulations.
- Monitor day-to-day operations, report on performance, and recommend actionable improvements when necessary;
- Create procedures and protocols (such as checklists);
- Communicate and coordinate with clients, team (including executive operations team) and other stakeholders.

**What are we looking for**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business & Managementor related fields
- More than 2 years of experience in an operational, back-office or customer care roles
- Energy sector knowledge is a plus
- Proven organizational skills, including time management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Fluent English
- More than academic knowledge and technical skills, we are looking for ambitious people who are enthusiastic about the future and who bring human skills aligned with our purpose.
