Stiamo cercando un "Product QA & Regulatory Affairs Manager". Ci impegniamo a fornire prodotti e servizi di alta qualità, mantenendo al contempo un ambiente di lavoro stimolante e collaborativo. **Descrizione** La risorsa risponderà direttamente alla Direzione Generale e avrà le seguenti responsabilità: - Supervisione e approvazione protocolli e report di test, di validazioni dei processi produttivi (escluso il processo di sterilizzazione) e validazione metodi di test per la continua conferma della conformità del prodotto ai requisiti applicabili. - Definizione delle caratteristiche del prodotto e monitoraggio delle stesse, incluse eventuali modifiche - Predisposizione e redazione della documentazione técnica per la marcatura CE dei prodotti - Utilizzo del macchinario adibito ai test - Monitoraggio delle modifiche regolatorie e sorveglianza delle leggi vigenti per garantire la conformità del prodotto e del processo - Predisposizione della documentazione per la registrazione dei prodotti - Gestione delle comunicazioni con le Autorità Competenti e gestione recall dal mercato - Monitoraggio della registrazione dell'azienda e dei codici prodotto **Profilo del Candidato** Cerchiamo una persona motivata e con la passione per i Dispositivi Medici, abituata a lavorare in team e a confrontarsi anche con gli altri reparti aziendali, con la capacità di gestire criticità e scadenze; la conoscenza dei DM impiantabili non attivi e la conoscenza della registrazione in mercati extra CE verrà considerata un plus. La persona dovrà inoltre avere i seguenti requisiti: - Laurea a indirizzo tecnico - Comprovata esperienza nel ruolo in aziende che operano nell'ambito dei dispositivi medici; la conoscenza della classe di rischio III sarà un surplus - Conoscenza delle ISO 13485:2021, serie ISO 11607, ISO 11135, serie ISO 10993, serie ISO 14644 e ISO 14971:2022 e normative sull'usabilità - Conoscenza del Regolamento MDR 2017/745 e FDA - Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata **offerta di lavoro** Ottima opportunità di carriera.
