Sviluppare piani di lancio dettagliati per nuovi prodotti farmaceutici, supportando la product supply di prodotti e line extensions. Assicurare la preparazione del sito di lancio in termini di produzione, sviluppo processi, supply chain, attività QC (Analytical Technology transfer), Qualità/regolatorio, Distribuzione (inbound e outbound, flussi fisici e finanziari. Identificare proattivamente i punti chiave che possono avere un impatto rilevante sui programmi, anticipando i problemi che possono sorgere, e tenendo i team member costantemente aggiornati sugli sviluppi ed i cambi in corso d’opera. Coordinare team interfunzionali in un’organizzazione a matrice (funzioni centralizzate - regulatory, supply chain regionale -, mercati locali e sito produttivo).
