Per la nostra sede centrale di Firenze siamo alla ricerca di un ITC Security manager. Lo svolgimento dell'attività sarà presso la sede negli uffici centrali di Human Company e supporterà il responsabile di funzione.
**IT Infrastructure & Cyber Security Manager**:
Il Ruolo di IT Infrastructure Manager & Cyber Security Manager
La risorsa si occuperà di progettare, installare, mantenere e rinnovare l’infrastruttura IT aziendale, supervisionando gli elementi chiavi, di assicurare un corretto svolgimento delle attività aziendali e la corretta fornitura dei servizi di business. Si occuperà inoltre di garantire la disponibilità dei servizi di rete e di controllare la postura di sicurezza dell’organizzazione al fine di proteggerla da intrusioni, accessi non autorizzati e violazione dei dati. Gestisce i log, l’automazione di lavoro, la configurazione e l’integrazione delle applicazioni.
**Nello specifico**:
sarà responsabile della creazione e del miglioramento dei processi relativi alla sicurezza informatica;
supervisionerà le operazioni IT, comprese la progettazione, l'amministrazione, la manutenzione e l'ottimizzazione dell'infrastruttura e delle soluzioni di sicurezza;
agirà come principale collegamento con i fornitori IT, monitorando le loro prestazioni rispetto agli SLA concordati;
coordinerà e supervisionerà dei processi ITSM;
dovrà Identificare, valutare e risolvere i rischi informatici nel cloud, nelle applicazioni, negli endpoint, nel sistema e nella rete;
gestirà le risorse IT per garantire una capacità ottimale per le esigenze aziendali;
monitorerà l'infrastruttura, analizzerà e valuterà gli allarmi, documenterà le minacce e i tentativi di intrusione e falsi allarmi;
pianificherà le attività di remediation e stilerà l'emergency plan più performante in caso di violazioni della sicurezza;
svilupperà e aggiornerà le politiche e gli standard per verificarne la pertinenza e l'efficacia;
supporterà i progetti di conformità alla sicurezza IT;
supporterà e implementerà tutti gli aspetti della strategia di conformità alle normative relative alla protezione dei dati in ambito privacy (es. GDPR).
