**JOB DESCRIPTION - Assistant Marketing Manager**

As Marketing AM you will Assist the Mktg Manager to propose, develop and execute the marketing plans, policies and activities, focusing on digital channels (like Search, Social, Display, Video and Mobile campaigns), to define marketing opportunities for the organization’s products and services; working in coordination with other business units, key functional areas, master agents, agents and suppliers.

Role Responsibilities:

- Budget planning;
- Analyzing data and providing progress reports on campaigns, providing evaluation and recommendation on the effectiveness and efficiency of the key marketing programs;
- Making recommendation for continuous improvement to achieve marketing goals for assigned products and services for one or more areas, product lines or market segments;
- Supporting Marketing manager and Finance team on pricing strategy.

Role Requirements:

- Extensive experience in digital marketing, ideally within the financial services or payments industry.
- Demonstrable experience in analytical related roles.
- Demonstrable experience in presenting reports to management.
- The ability to learn and master different analytic tools (e.g. PowerBi, Kochava, Amplitude).
- Fluent in the English language (verbal and written)
