MSX is looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Fleet Backoffice Analyst to join our team in Rome.

**The Role**

The main purpose of the Fleet Backoffice Analyst is to collect, collate and analyze various and several internal and external composite data and documents related to the activity, supporting the National Sales Company identifying and prioritizing improvements and growth opportunities at National and Dealer levels. Moreover, the Fleet Backoffice Analyst is responsible for the management of relationships and the whole vehicles ordering, invoicing and registration process for Long Term Rental companies.

- Support the National Sales Company Management and the sales team.
- Identify and collate key data from both internal and external sources.
- Use the National Sales Company operating systems for managing the various phases of fleet process.
- Use Long Term Rental systems for order entry and invoicing.
- Analyze the data and identify key opportunities for fleet sales growth at National and Dealer levels.
- Collect and provide market analysis to assist formulation of current and future fleet sales marketing strategy.
- Carry out analysis and reports about how the activities carried out are improving.
- Prepare all supporting materials and attend regular program meetings.

**Requirements**:

- Degree in Engineering, Economics, Business Administration;
- Advanced user of Office and Excel tools (including pivot tables);
- Good knowledge of English and Italian, spoken and written;
- Interpersonal skills;
- Ability to propose analytical solutions;
- Problem solving/Analytical thinking and approach;
- Experience in using BI tools and data mining is considered a plus.
