Junior IT User Support

Siamo alla ricerca per il nostro reparto IT di Mendrisio di una figura da inserire come “Junior IT User Support” con un contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 6 mesi.
- Fornire Supporto tecnico agli utenti e fornisce una risoluzione delle relative problematiche Rimandando eventualmente i problemi non risolti a un più alto livello di assistenza
- Presidiare le installazioni e configurazioni di hardware, software, sistemi, reti, stampanti etc sia
- Rapportarsi con casa madre per la creazione e la configurazione degli account
- Presidiare l’inserimento dei nuovi user ( consegna strumenti, configurazioni, formazione)
- Implementare localmente le policy previste
- Mantenere l’inventario dei beni hardware aziendali
- Gestire le scorte di attrezzature, materiali di consumo e altre forniture
- Rapportarsi con eventuali help desk forniti dai fornitori e monitorare andamento delle problematiche hardware aziendali
- Gestire in modo autonomo e preciso le mansioni assegnate, nel rispetto dei tempi, processi e procedure.
Sono richiesti inoltre
- Diploma in informatica o laurea breve
- Conoscenza Office 365
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua Inglese
- Capacità di lavorare in team
- Buone capacità relazionali e di negoziazione
- Proattività e capacità di proporre soluzioni nuove
Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno, Tempo determinato
Durata contratto: 6 mesi
Disponibilità:
- Dal lunedì al venerdì
