As Bar Manager, you deliver and manage all aspects of our Bars including the Roof Top. You’ll also create a warm atmosphere that makes our guests feel at home in our International Luxury Hotel Brand located in Rome.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**
- Manage day-to-day staffing needs, plan and assign work. Mentoring, coaching and regular performance appraisal, providing feedback to improve productivity and team member performance
- Ensure staff is properly trained and has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties
- Ensuring that your team delivers great service, professional attention and personal recognition
- Respond appropriately to guest complaints, solicit feedback and build relationships to drive continuous improvement in guest satisfaction
- Establishes and maintains positive guest interactions in delivering exceptional guest service
- Conduct routine inspections of the department in charge and take immediate action to correct any deficiencies
- Develop plans to increase upselling philosophy throw specific staff training
- Scheduling staff shifts and managing other HR-related tasks
- Coordinate daily Front of the House and Back of the House bar operations
- Deliver Luxury service and maximize customer satisfaction
- Respond efficiently and accurately to customer complaints
- Organize and supervise shifts
- Ensure compliance with sanitation and safety regulations
- Manage the bar’s good image and suggest ways to improve it
- Control operational costs and identify measures to cut waste
- Create detailed reports on weekly, monthly and annual revenues and expenses
- Promote the brand in the local community through word-of-mouth and bar events
- Train new and current employees on proper customer service practices
- Maintains the highest level of Health and Safety and Hygiene
- Conduct monthly stock take & breakage analysis in order to anticipate replacement and analyzing the work dynamics
- Reporting to the Food & Beverage Manager
