**Job Summary**:
As the lead architect at Tetra Pak, your role encompasses defining, designing, and implementing a secure enterprise architecture and common UX/UI standards. You'll focus on optimizing solutions for cost, security, quality, and development time while ensuring alignment with business roadmaps and cybersecurity demands. Your responsibilities include ensuring an effective and efficient A&D enterprise architecture governance framework including guidelines, standards, and metrics, following Tetra Pak policies, priorities, and budget constraints. You will be also responsible for the technical specification and technical product ownership of Tetra Pak A&D Digital Solutions Ensure availability of required capabilities and capacities to perform A&D enterprise architecture, technical product ownership, and UX/UI definition scope. Besides, you will manage multiple teams of highly specialized engineers in different geographies. In this position, you will poactively follows industry trends, legislations, emerging technologies, and best practices to identify best-in-class A&D solutions to support the business strategy, unlock new business models, and optimize enterprise architecture direction.

You will be based in **Lund, Sweden**, but we are also open to receiving profiles from **Modena, Italy.**

**What you will do**:

- Represent the organisation within various technology governance boards, technology forums and technology review bodies
- Define, communicate, and monitor the A&D technical roadmap including ambitions, goals, framework and KPI's
- Ensure that the A&D architecture and UX is aligned with the key stakeholder groups across the company
- Identifying, proposing, and driving early innovation and continuous improvement activities
- Drive medium and long term resource/competence planning to match functional needs, and develop a high performance team considering future organisational needs
- Carry out the operations in in accordance with Tetra Pak procedures, policies and guidelines

**We believe you have**:

- 8+ years of professional experience with a strong technical background in the Automation & Digital area with a focus on architecture, UX/UI and technical product ownership
- Understanding of the industrial cybersecurity landscape
- Good communications skills and ability to influence across cultural boundaries to deliver desired outcomes whilst maintaining effective organisational relationships
- Experience managing conflicting interests to achieve alignment and acceptance of recommendations in a timely manner
- Previous managerial experience (multicultural preferred)
- Able to interact with senior leaders and engage in high-level business focused discussions and decisions
- Able to think and act globally for the overall benefit of Tetra Pak
