**Descrizione del lavoro e Compiti**:
Fives Intralogistics SPA, azienda multinazionale leader nella progettazione, realizzazione, avviamento e assistenza di impianti e macchine per la movimentazione e lo smistamento automatico nel mercato dei corrieri, postale, della distribuzione e dell'e-commerce, nel quadro del potenziamento della propria struttura ricerca un/una:
**Quality Audit Manager**

che si occupi di tutti gli aspetti inerenti la pianificazione, la raccolta, l'analisi e l'interpretazione delle informazioni derivanti dall’attività di gestione degli audit.
È il responsabile, attraverso un solido controllo, del rispetto dei requisiti agli standard interni e alle leggi/norme. Deve inoltre fornire raccomandazioni sui miglioramenti, monitorarne la corretta implementazione e verificare l’efficacia delle azioni correttive implementate per la risoluzione delle anomalie.

Attività principali:

- definire e monitorare il piano di audit
- verificare la conformità dei processi
- definire le azioni correttive in caso di non conformità verificandone la corretta implementazione nei tempi previsti
- fornire feedback periodici al management aziendale sulla conformità dei processi
- proporre modifiche ai processi per migliorarne l’efficienza
- allineare le procedure/regole interne all’evoluzione dei processiverificare la corretta gestione delle anomalie rilevate dagli altri enti aziendali

Requisiti:

- un’esperienza consolidata nella gestione di audit in realtà articolate di respiro internazionale
- Conoscenza del sistema di gestione qualità ISO 9001
- Conoscenza di altri sistemi di gestione come per esempio ISO 14001 e ISO 45001
- Ottime capacità di ascolto, di osservazione e di analisi
- Buona visione d’insieme e capacità di sintesi
- Capacità nel dialogare con diversi interlocutori ad ogni livello
