The impact you’ll have as International Product Manager for Fine Arts:

- You will be joining the Fabriano Marketing team, and you can choose where to be based between our Fabriano, Verona and Milan offices.
- You will be responsible for the development, management and implementation of your product lines (art and drawing papers as well as printmaking papers) and marketing activities on an international scale.- You will define and develop a 5-year strategic roadmap at a global level in line with the strategic axes of General Management.- You will breakdown the 5-year roadmap into a product plan by continent: innovation, development and launch of all new products.- You will conduct product, market and competitive research and analyses.- You will be responsible for the revenues, pricing, margin, and volumes of your product lines.- You will manage your product portfolio (including phase-in and phase out).- You will participate in the product development committees and carefully monitor the product development planning with the R&D Coordinator.- You will coordinate the development of packaging for your products.- You will launch pack development: product presentations for internal and external use, pricing positioning, logistic data management, sampling handling, communication tools (leaflets ).- You will participate in client presentations, local and international end-user events & trade - shows.- You will work on communication campaigns in coordination with the Communication team.

The attitudes and skills we’re looking for:
- You have a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.- You have 5 to 7 years minimum of experience in Product development and product management, in an international environment.- You have good problem-solving skills.- You are detail oriented, an effective time manager and critical thinker.- You are a team player with strong communication skills.- You are highly analytical and KPI driven.- You are a strategic thinker with a strong customer centric mindset.- You are a passionate, confident & curious art lover.- You are highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).- Your English and Italian are excellent, both written and spoken.
