The challenge

We are looking for an individual who demonstrates the core values of the Haier’s attitude: entrepreneurship and innovation, zero distance to consumers and IoT & Ecosystem thinking. A true change agent with an agile approach thriving for idea contamination and with a hyper-collaborative approach that breaks silos and creates an open ecosystem.

What you will do

Responsible for the management and the development of built-in ovens product portfolio.

Responsible for the management of the entire life-cycle of the product, including:
- Business case definition and validation- Definition of technical specifications- Launch plan definition- Value proposition- Phase in /out strategy

Analyse consumer trends and habits in order to correctly define the value proposition and the products specifications, aiming to leadership in the competition landscape.

Analyse sell-in and sell-out data in order to detect the right business opportunities.

Constantly collaborate with R&D, Costs, Purchase and Logistic department along all the development process

Constant collaboration with Brand and Design team for the definition of value proposition and product aesthetics.

Support business managers and markets in the definition of line-up and in removing business roadblocks if related to product.

What you need to succeed- Solid technical approach with a natural talent and passion for design and high-tech. Strategic thinking well balanced with well-organized and structured approach, being fast and responsive in daily tasks. Acts with Passion for Consumers aiming to Zero Distance- Passion for Cooking- Degree/Master, nice to have MBA/Master in Marketing. Preferred area Engineering, Design, Marketing / economics- Experience in Product Portfolio development in a multinational industry/environment producing Global Brands. Ideally BTC. Industrial complex products such as White goods, Brown goods, SDA, Automotive, High Tech, Design and Furniture.- English (mandatory); Turkish and Chinese and others are a plus- Fast, reliable, autonomous, well-organized with great skills in communication and team leadership
