Key responsibilities for this role include:

- Conduct batch quality oversight, transport temperature check, batch record revision, samples management
- Manage electronic and paper files storage related all the activities performed
- Collaborates on launch monitoring of products with QA Coordinator and NPI manager in order to meet launch date
- Perform SAP batch disposition for distribution to the Italian market
- Ensure the right support to logistic team for all activities related to daily stock alignment
- Weekly update of the relevant files for batch release monitoring
- Interaction with local responsible personnel for repackaging activities and with third party if necessary
- Perform the registration and follow up of PMSI, and related CAPAs on the system
- Interaction with Affiliates/TPMs for supporting/managing investigations related to PMSI
- Assist the Head of Quality in hosting Corporate audits and AIFA GMP inspections
- Perform other duties as assigned

The minimum qualifications for this role are:

- Minimum of a Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience. However, a combination of experience and/or education will be taken into consideration
- knowledge of GMP, GDP, national pharmaceutical legislations (Decreto Legislativo n.219/2006)
- Problem solving, team working, good ability in IT tools
- Proficiency in speaking, comprehending, reading and writing English and Italian is required
