**Posizione**:
HR ASSISTANT- ADMINISTRATIVE OFFICER SETTORE OPERE INFRASTRUTTURALI
**Requisiti**:
**Attività**:
- gestire le relazioni con i vari enti territoriali, quali Casse Edili, Istituti Previdenziali;
- gestire tutti gli aspetti e adempimenti amministrativi relativi al personale, maestranze di cantiere comprese, al fine di garantire un efficiente processo e flusso di informazioni tra la sede principale e la commessa stessa;
- gestire i documenti e le informazioni HR ricevute, sia attraverso i canali interni che esterni, archiviandoli all’interno di sistemi e strumenti dedicati;
- gestire il personale operaio ed impiegatizio, a supporto dei responsabili operativi;
- gestione delle presenze ed inserimento a sistema;
- ricerca e selezione di profili adeguati alle esigenze della commessa;
- gestione degli aspetti logistici legati al personale in loco (vitto, alloggio, mezzi);
- gestione delle attività di boarding in cantiere;
- gestione della formazione e sorveglianza sanitaria del personale in cantiere.
**Altre informazioni**:
**Requisiti**:
- necessaria pregressa e comprovata esperienza in ruoli analoghi di almeno tre anni;
- pregressa esperienza presso realtà General Contractor strutturate costituirà titolo preferenziale;
- diploma di Ragioneria o, in alternativa, Laurea in Economia;
- buona conoscenza di MS Office;
- buona conoscenza degli applicativi per la gestione del personale;
- puntualità, precisione e capacità di lavorare per scadenze.
