Specifically, when you join the **Digital Finance Transformation Team** in **Bologna**and **Florence**, you will interact with top-tier professionals and clients, laying the foundations for your career in a collaborative and stimulating environment focused on individual growth and open to dialogue.

You will work with expert colleagues that provide functional advice on corporate performance management systems, assisting clients in the analysis, review and design of processes supporting the CFO and the subsequent development of technological platforms.

Specifically, you will be tasked with:

- Redefining **enterprise performance management** strategies for leading Italian and international companies, assisting the CFO redesign the performance model
- Analysing and defining the **new functional requirements of budgeting, forecasting, long-term planning, sales and operational planning and product costing processes** and implementing innovative performance management solutions
- Designing **IT solutions for finance and business processes** and providing support in the implementation stage, in consultation with the top EPM tool providers on the market (Oracle, Tagetik, Board and OneStream)
- Monitoring pre
- and post-transformation performance
- Generation of functional analysis documents

This is the perfect opportunity for you if you have:

- A master’s degree in **Management**, **Economics,** **Management Engineering,**or similar
- Knowledge of the following topics**:Control Models, Budgeting and Forecasting, Consolidated Financial Statements, Financial Planning**:

- **Organizational and teamwork skills** with attention to detail, including the ability to prioritize and manage various complex tasks and activities
- Excellent knowledge of the **MS Office** package
- Excellent knowledge of** English**, ideally with study and/or work experience abroad
