**The Role**

As the Operations Manager you are a member of the Tesla Italy leadership team and are responsible for all the operations that help our field teams to sell more cars, deliver more cars and fix more cars. You will report to the Country Sales & Service leadership, manage a local team and work in close coordination with the EMEA Sales & Service central teams and stakeholders to design and execute an efficient and highly effective operation in your market.

You will be responsible for developing and driving business operations in a high growth and fast paced environment. You will take on complex challenges and develop the strategies to resolve them. In this role you will be the cohesive force that brings Sales, Service and Delivery together for the achievement of the company goals.

**Responsibilities**
- Business Operations & Leadership_
- Partner with the country sales and service leadership to develop a cohesive operational strategy with a strong focus on driving improvements to productivity and customer experience.
- Continuously review operating metrics to identify optimization opportunities and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented processes and improvements.
- Lead and coordinate projects affecting the market including new service offerings, processes optimization, growth of revenue streams, new digital tools rollout and standardization of processes across locations.
- Recruit, train and make strategic staffing decisions for the local Operations organization to ensure the necessary resources are in place to meet current and future business demands.
- Provide regular coaching and feedback to your team members and have a deep knowledge of your team’s strengths and opportunities.
- Foster a professional, respectful, and welcoming work environment, while maintaining Tesla standards for personal and operational excellence.
- Proactively own and control the market’s P&L, legal compliance of our operations and general EHSS at our workplaces by: managing local entity correspondence, coordinating accounts receivable & payable processes, effective capacity analysis, expansion planning and facility management of our existing and future locations.
- Sales & Delivery Operations_
- Own and oversee the execution of New & Used car sales operations to both Retail & Enterprise customers, including, but not limited to, processes such as new vehicle registration, Homologation, Incentives programs, Financial Services, Logistics, and all vehicle delivery operations across the market.
- Design operations in your market that will: Minimize vehicle dwell and yield loss, drive speed of execution of pre-delivery activities, optimize vehicle and customer readiness, reduce cost and deliver an excellent customer experience
- Serve as the centre of excellence for all operations professionals in your market and as a liaison to EMEA Central teams.
- Service Operations_
- Actively contribute to the creation and to the continued improvement of processes and teams related to New Vehicle Preparation, Used Car Refurbishment, Virtual Support, Business Resolutions, Service programs and the overall efficiency of our service operations in the market.
- Partner with service leaders to develop processes that drive speed and efficacy of service appointments, proactive customer education, and an outstanding/innovative service experience.
