User Access Management Analyst

For our Governance, Risk & compliance (GRC) User Access Management team we are currently looking for a:

**Analyst GRC UAM**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support, implement and promote GRC and Access Management activities for our international SAP software platforms
- Implement access review controls and remediation related activities. This in close collaboration with different business, IT and compliance teams.
- Perform periodical master data health checks and cleansing activities to ensure all the data is complete and accurate.
- Ensure our business stays in sync with Sarbanes-Oxley, GxP (e.g. Good Manufacturing Practices) and IT security and all other internal control & regulatory requirements in the area of SAP user access management.
- Business single point of contact to IT AS security team and SAP access concept gate keeper for different SAP platforms. Evaluate, monitor and ensure the defined authorization concept is followed.
- Support IT security team and business to transfer business requirements to technical SAP role implementation during regular support as well as participation in projects. Provide advice on access structure improvements.
- Gain and build domain expertise to SAP access -structures, -logic and -system security settings.

**Qualifications**
- Enthusiastic and willing to learn and develop in-depth technical SAP Security skills whilst aligning your actions with the J&J governance framework.
- Process oriented and an eye for process improvements.
- Proven data handling and analytical skills.
- Interested in and some experience with business automation tooling.
- Positive partnership attributes in a virtual/remote working environment
- Communication and collaboration focus
- Good oral and written skills in English
