**Position Snapshot**
- Nespresso_ Milan headquarter
- Permanent contract
- Master’s degree in Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in marketing, preferably in roles such as Product Manager or Brand Manager.
- Good in English and Italian.

**Position Summary**

As a Junior Product & Promo Specialist, you will be an integral part of our dynamic Nespresso marketing team. Reporting to the B2C Coffee Product Manager, you will collaborate with the rest of the market team, and the HQ Team to reach the annual goals.

**A day in the life of Junior Product & promo specialist**
- Identification of category trends and competitor performances, in order to deeply understand market dynamics.
- Work with the Coffee Product Manager to design, implement and monitoring the coffee launches
- Work with the Coffee Product Manager to implement the coffee strategy and manage the portfolio
- Working on Coffee promotion design, activation and performance to understand and suggest possible optimizations, with support from data & insights
- Manage with the external supplier, the request, the technical creation of the discounts, and the test to ensure the correct implementation of a part of technical promos, in collaboration with the Promo Expert
- Work in collaboration with different departments as B2C sale, supply, brand marketing, finance, CRM & insight to reach the gools
