Il nostro cliente è una realtà multinazionale operante nel settore dei servizi tecnici operativi per le imprese sul territorio.**Il Ruolo**:

Il ruolo, a diretto riporto del Managing Director di una delle divisioni, assumerà la responsabilità dell’Area Technical e Operations con il coordinamento di differenti Team che operano su aree geografiche e con professionalità diverse.
Si interfaccerà con il Supply Chain Director della Divisione.
Un particolare riporto funzionale e allineamento sui processi dovrà inoltre essere coordinato con il Technical & Operations Department Director di Gruppo.
Principali responsabilità:

- Organizzazione e coordinamento della struttura technical e operations nelle diverse declinazioni geografiche e tecniche/operative;
- Collaborare all’ integrazione delle diverse strutture;
- Garantire la correttezza della gestione técnica e operativa, a valle delle gare/contratti, per la execution e messa in atto delle attività di installazione e gestione cantiere, impianti e manutenzioni.

**I Requisiti**:

- Laurea in Ingegneria (preferibile);
- Esperienza di almeno 10 anni in area Operations (manutenzione, installazione, logística, magazzini, stabilimenti, installazioni impiantistica, cantieristica,) di cui preferibilmente 5 nel ruolo di Responsabile Operations/ Team Leader;
- Competenze nella gestione ed implementazione di servizi tecnici ed operativi in settori affini (plant management, supply chain complesse, constructions, facilities, utilities );
- Almeno una esperienza maturata in organizzazioni complesse, preferibilmente con Casa Madre estera;
- Eventuali competenze di project management;
- Effettiva buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Capacità di guidare una integrazione dei processi aziendali;
- Approccio operativo e di execution;
- Leadership.
