We implement and adapt AI algorithms across a broad variety of projects from document understanding, predictive maintenance, defect detection by computer vision, anomaly detection to emission optimization

As a Lead AI Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Analyzing internal and external data sources to identify, availability, relevance and triggering new data collection processes
- Deepening your knowledge on a specific AI technology domain such as CV, NLP, Reinforcement learning, Predictive Maintenance, Deep learning.
- Utilizing Agile practices and principles to maximize business value and continuously improve the delivery of customer outcomes

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have a Bachelor's degree in a related field or demonstrate equivalent expertise gained in a professional environment
- Have advanced knowledge and experience of Machine Learning Algorithms
- Have advanced knowledge and experience of least one AI technology: Computer Vision, NLP, RPA, Deep Learning, Explainable AI, VQA (Visual Question Answering), Time Series
- Demonstrate experience with a general-purpose programming language such as Python, R
- Have exposure in dealing with large datasets, databases, statistical packages and big data frameworks
- Have knowledge of computing concepts and agile development life-cycle methodologies
- Have good written and verbal communication skills and be fluent in English

This is remote role, with occasional travel to one of our local virtual ports.
