We are looking for someone with abilit_y to work with systems _and stron_g interest in the HR Topics related to Headcount and Labour Cost Analysis. You will act in a dynamic and international environment mixing technical and business competencies.

**Main Responsibilities**

Support the Global HR Controller Assistant (under the manager superivsion) in the following activities:

- Actual Monthly Clonsing and Reporting focus on Chiesi Italy
- Planning Labour Cost for Chiesi Italy (Forecast and Budget scenario)
- Preparation of data for statistical purposes (ISTAT)
- Group actual monthly Reporting and planning Reporting
- Participation in projects directly impacting the Global HR Controlling Function (main focus on C HR Budget Tool Roll out)
- Supporting end users on the C HR Budget Tool in the daily (monthly closing and planning)

**Education**
Level of education: three/five years of higher education ( Economics or similar ).

**Languages**
- English fluent (both written and spoken)
- Other languages are a plus (Italian is mandatory)

**Technical Skills**
- Office tools: good knowledge especially in excel, power point and word
- Ability to work with a system
