We are looking for an Apprentice for Electrification & Automation, in Milan within the Smart Infrastructure **BU **area who will be trained in **2 years** as** **EHS Office Assistant**

During the apprenticeship you will receive a comprehensive and state-of-the

**Your Challenge**

As **EHS Office Assistant **some of your main activities will be:

- Support the business, managing EHS matters related to site operations (document flow);
- Ensure the proper qualification in terms of EHS for sub-suppliers involved in operation;
- Support PM’s in site management by performing site specific compliance and safety audits;
- Use specific project engineering software tools to manage the approval processes;.
- Support projects execution by completing back office supporting processes

**Required entry qualifications**:

- You have less than 30 years of age, in accordance with the Italian apprenticeship contract
- You are fresh graduate or you have a technical academical background, preferably from Environmental, Health and Safety disciplines
- ITS Degree;
- Proficiency in English and Italian
- Team player ability, strong communication & interpersonal skills;
- Passion to never-stop growing
- Respect and appreciation of each person’s uniqueness, willingness to co create and share knowledge
- Eligibility to work in Italy
