Our 5-star golf resort is seeking a talented and passionate **Food & Beverage Manager** to lead our team in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests. As the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our food and beverage operations, ensuring the highest standards of quality and service, and maximizing revenue opportunities.

**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the daily operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, and room service
- Develop and implement innovative menus and beverage programs that cater to the diverse tastes of our guests
- Manage food and beverage costs, inventory, and budget
- Recruit, train, and supervise a team of food and beverage professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any concerns or feedback promptly and professionally
- Collaborate with other departments to create memorable events and promotions
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, continuously seeking opportunities to improve our offerings and services

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Food & Beverage Manager in a luxury hotel or resort setting
- Proven track record of success in managing food and beverage operations, increasing revenue, and delivering exceptional guest service
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage products, service techniques, and industry trends
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Strong financial management skills and experience with budgeting and cost control
