We’re looking for a Head of A&S Italy Wealth Planning Advisory to:

- Leading and managing the Wealth Planning Advisory team to align with the overall strategy of the Advisory & Sales function.
- Collaborating with Client Advisors to provide tailored wealth planning scenarios and feasible alternatives that address clients' needs related to business, family, and wealth.
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for wealth planning services, focusing on enhancing client engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, managing risks effectively.
- Driving innovation in wealth planning services by leveraging new technologies and methodologies.

- You will lead a dedicated team of Wealth Planning Advisors who are committed to providing exceptional service to our clients. Your team will work closely with Client Advisors, CAG, CIO, and other departments to deliver a holistic wealth management experience. Collaboration and innovation are key aspects of your team's approach, ensuring that clients receive the best possible advice and solutions.

- ideally 5+ years of experience in Private Client services
- bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent, focusing in economics, law or a related field
- excellent communicator, with top-notch interpersonal skills
- analytical and logical (you can solve problems like nobody’s business)
- team player
- english fluent
