The Customized Discretionary Mandates Unit manages HNWI segregated accounts.
- Fund Selection of all Fixed Income Asset Class
- Updating and Monitoring the position keeping of the assigned Client’s Accounts
- Being proactive in generating investment ideas
- Caring of the implementation of the asset allocation activities on the portfolios assigned
- Periodic Reporting for Clients Accounts
- Keeping Update of the Funds Databases

Must have:

- Degree in Economics or Finance or Engineering or Mathematics or Physics.
- Knowledge of financial instruments and markets are required.
- Experience of 2-4 years in Fund Selection of Fixed Income Funds is required

Nice to have:

- Fluent in English and Italian are requirements, a second foreign language is a plus
- Previous experience in dealing with private bankers and clients.
- Good Knowledge of Bloomberg

**Skills**:

- Good knowledge of MS Office and advanced knowledge of Excel. DB query language knowledge would represent a plus
- Ability to work autonomously and proactively on assigned tasks, taking over responsibility at a very early stage
- Humble, flexible and hands-on approach to solve problems with a strong team player attitude
- Ability to perform well under pressure and against tight deadlines
- Genuine passion for Financial Markets
