- Predisposizione al problem solving
- Flessibilità mentale
- Predisposizione a lavorare per obiettivi
- Buone capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team

**Requisiti linguistici**: fluente in inglese (B2) e in italiano sia scritto che parlato

**Cosa farai?**

Lo/la stagista verrà inserito/a nell’ambito della funzione aziendale di Monitoring and Site Engagement Italia facente parte del gruppo Global Clinical Operations, e lavorerà, sotto la guida del proprio tutor, a supporto delle attività di gestione delle sperimentazioni cliniche.

Durante il periodo di stage, la risorsa apprenderà:

- Competenze etiche e normative della ricerca clinica;
- Competenze tecnico-operative della sperimentazioni cliniche in diverse aree terapeutiche;
- Le dinamiche del dipartimento di Clinical Operations in Italia;
- Il lavoro interdiscliplinare e la cross-funzionalità tra diversi dipartimenti in un contesto aziendale reale
