**Job description**
We are looking for an **Environment Health and Safety Site Coordinator**, based in Santa Maria di Sala site, who will be responsible for Santa Maria di Sala site. She/he will report to the Plant Director and will manage all the activities related to the Health, Safety and Environment Service for the entire Plant, in order to support all functions ensuring necessary and adequate conditions in the working environment.

Key Accountabilities:

- Deal with Government Agencies for the technical/administrative fulfillments related to Health, Safety & Environment requirements;
- Manage the fulfillments mandatory for the administrative authorisations release of all plant equipment;
- Support all plant functions for the evaluation of technical-professional ability of subcontractors or self-employed;
- Oversee that all periodical checks are conducted, both efficiency and adequacy of working environment conditions, included tools and equipment requirements;
- Manage both first aid and firefighting teams organization;
- Identify and analyse risks in order to evaluate them and define activities to ensure that EHS requirements are met;
- Prepare and implement EHS procedures/policies for all the activities related to the plant;
- Propose and suggest training and informative programmes addressed to plant employees.

Who we are looking for:

- University degree is required, Mechanical or Chemical engineering is preferred, a degree in safety, environmental or related field will be considered too;
- Minimum of three to five years of experience in the field as “ASPP” in similar companies;
- Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment regulations (D.Lgs. 81/2008);
- Good knowledge of Health, Safety and Environment Management System (BS OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001);
- Good proficiency in English;
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office;
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills, proactivity, flexibility and problem solving.
