**Global Marketing Manager**

A fantastic opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Manager to work with a talented team on an established, fast-growing safety tech brand based in Kewdale, Perth.
MineARC Systems is the global leader of controlled environments and safety technologies for the underground mining, tunnelling, chemical processing, disaster relief and biotechnology industries. We specialise in the manufacture and supply of emergency refuge chambers, disaster shelters and plant growth facilities, as well as tracking, remote diagnostics and a range of electronic equipment including cap lamps and gas monitoring.

Exporting to over 75 countries worldwide, MineARC has seven offices and three manufacturing facilities globally; with Perth remaining as Head Office since the company’s establishment over 25 years ago.

Reporting to the General Manager, the Marketing Manager will be responsible for all marketing and comms activities across the globe, as well as guiding and mentoring a team of 8 marketing and design professionals. This role would suit a strategic Marketing Manager looking to test their skills on an international level.

**The Role**:

- Managing the Australian, American and African marketing teams (9), including conducting consults and performance reviews
- Overseeing the marketing for our sister companies Nessco Pressure Systems, Nessco Trade Supplies and Pneumatics Direct
- Sitting on the MineARC Australia Executive Committee; ensuring company goals are met, culture is maintained and corporate values are instilled across the team
- Working alongside other heads of department to develop and execute corporate strategies
- Writing the global business plan and ensuring all activities are executed on time and in-line with the overarching corporate direction
- Direct involvement in day to day marketing activities and campaign execution
- Managing the internal and external launch of all new products in conjunction with the Training Manger
- Technical content writing across a range of platforms
- Social media maintenance and analysis
- Organisation of expos, conferences and events
- Development of brochures and flyers
- Management of various websites, including all SEO and SEM
- Scriptwriting and video development
- Managing merchandise including sourcing new products and managing stock levels
- Regular liaison with external contractors and stakeholders (web developers, printers, expos, designers, signage companies etc)

**About You**:

- Previous experience in a Marketing Manager role
- Bachelor degree in Marketing, Communications or similar
- Strong written and communication skills
- Someone who can drive strategy through execution
- Ability to present to a group of peers or clients
- Excellent coordination, organisation and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Great interpersonal skills and the ability to liaise within all areas of the organisation
- Strong work ethic, suited to a fast-paced environment
- Video editing and photography skills an advantage
- Ecommerce understanding would be highly advantageous
- Skills in the following software and platforms
- Microsoft Office
- Adobe Creative Suite
- Wordpress or similar
- MailChimp
- Straightsell
- Hootsuite
- Google Adwords and Analytics
