**Job Description Summary**

La risorsa verrà inserita all’interno del dipartimento Project & Development Services (PDS), a supporto delle attività di operations specifiche del team, con contratto a tempo indeterminato.

Il team Operations si occupa, all’interno del PDS, della gestione del ciclo attivo e passivo delle due società di riferimento, C & W (UK) LLP (professional) e Cushman & Wakefield Design & Build Italy srl (construction).

La risorsa si occuperà di gestire tutte le attività connesse alla fatturazione (AP e AR) del team, predisponendo i dati propedeutici alle chiusure periodiche di gruppo e interfacciandosi con Team Leader e Professional e con il Finance per raggiungere gli obiettivi legati alle chiusure periodiche e alle analisi da esse derivanti.

Di seguito l’elenco per macro voci delle attività richieste:

- Gestione completa anagrafiche ERP;
- Gestione cicli attivo e passivo, scritture di rettifica e assestamento;
- Supporto revisione business processes;
- Gestione CRM (Salesforce);
- Gestione pagamenti, monitoraggio incassi (debtors list) in cooperazione con il Credit Control Team;
- Coordinamento con Corporate Finance per verifica e quadratura scritture AR e AP;

**Competenze e capacità**
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese, parlata e scritta;
- Buona conoscenza Excel;
- Conoscenza dei principi contabili;
- Capacità di lavorare in team, nel contesto di una società multinazionale;
- Capacità di lavorare per priorità e per processi;

Costituirà titolo preferenziale la precedente esperienza in ruoli simili.
