We are looking for a production planner that will perform all the activities needed to ensure the achievement of both short and medium-term production goals. The production planner's responsibilities include the timing alignment between the supply chain and production schedule and the monitoring and updating of the schedule to meet the production deadlines. You will also be on the front line for the alignment of the activities with our ERP/MRP system recently implemented. You will be involved in the management of industry 4.0 funding opportunities and grants aimed at funding future production tools and machinery. Your role will also require significant interaction with other company departments, such as Procurement and Project Management. This is an operational role, which will involve you in concrete process-related activities rather than team management activities. Tasks and Responsibilities: - Maintaining and updating production schedules to ensure that deadlines are met; - Supporting the implementation and Management of industry 4.0 funding opportunities and grants for production tools and machinery; - Alignment between production activities and EPR/MRP system; - Implementation of our new ERP planning module; - Schedule periodical maintenance of complex tools and machinery; - Interface with the procurement team to ensure that the delivery of needed components, materials and services is in line with the production schedule; - Interface with the project management team to report status and performances; - Identification and resolution of production issues to minimize delays; - Work with the schedule in Excel and Project to support current and future activities. Qualifications and experience: - 3 - 6 years of experience as production planner; - Knowledge of ERR/MRP solutions - familiarity with INFOR LN will be considered a plus; - Resiliency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment; - Ability to work in a team committed to meeting tight schedules; - Good organizational and time management skills; - Good problem solving skills. **Education**: - Bachelor's degree in industrial management engineering ("Ingegneria gestionale" in Italian).
